I don’t know how things happen around your parts, but here at Electric Firefly Headquarters in downtown sunny Enmore, we dread the day on which our peaceful suburb comes under siege from an army of delivery trucks and their hulking cargo of Yellow Pages Directories. Well dread no longer, salvation is at hand.

For those of you that haven’t heard, Tokyo is now home to a 59 feet high Giant Gundam which has been built to help promote the city’s bid for the 2016 Olympics.

(warning, rant ahead). Can someone explain to me why it is that the usual standards and etiquette that go hand in hand with being a photographer, cease to exist in non traditional retail environments?
